Emotional Intelligence

Have you ever noticed how some people stay in control and handle situations with ease? They are often called ‘emotionally intelligent’ because they manage their emotions effectively and work well with others.

In this course, we introduce emotional intelligence (EQ) in a clear and practical way. We explain what it is, how to develop it, and how to use it to collaborate with and influence others.

This course builds skills in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, interpersonal skills, active listening and empathy.
