In this course, you’ll explore the value of cross-functional collaboration and why it matters for organisational success. You’ll learn about the leadership skills needed to guide cross-functional teams and recognise situations where greater clarity, alignment or support may be needed.
You’ll also explore ways to strengthen ownership and support effective decision-making while encouraging meaningful contributions across teams. Finally, you’ll consider practical leadership behaviours that help teams work together effectively and achieve shared outcomes.
