Last month we welcomed Engage in Learning to the Kallidus Family

In March we welcomed Engage in Learning to the Kallidus Family

In March we acquired Engage in Learning who have a long-standing reputation for delivering effective and engaging courses for compliance, health and safety and soft skills development. This is an important part of our strategy to offer a full range of engaging people-focused Learning and Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to our customers.

Engage in Learning is a pioneer of high-quality, easy to use bite-sized digital learning content. The combination of Kallidus Learn’s industry leading User Experience (UX) and the most engaging content in the market will better enable the delivery of personalised learning experiences that support continuous development and achieve real business impact.

We’re already off to a great start and Engage’s course offerings are second to none. Earlier this month we sent you their infection control course SCORM files and we’re happy to see so many of you have taken this opportunity.

The world of work is changing significantly and we understand this is a transitionary period for many of you, so we also partnered with Engage to help distribute their Working From Home courses to help managers and staff alike adjust to their new working environments.

If you’d like to know more about our friends at Engage in Learning, take a look at what they can do on their website.

Engage in Learning has more than 800 customers ranging from SMEs to global multinationals and brings a library of over 100 courses with extensive language and personalisation capabilities to our business.

Commenting on the acquisition, our CEO Rob Caul said: We are delighted to welcome Engage in Learning to our business and are excited to be working with a team who share our passion for providing exceptional customer service and the same drive to deliver simple and engaging learning solutions that create long-term customer value.”

Chris Horseman, Managing Director of Engage in Learning said: “Joining forces with Kallidus will allow us to deliver the constantly evolving library of quality editable content we are known for, at a much larger scale, and to support the delivery of personalised learning pathways to enhance employee performance. We are excited to become part of an award-winning business with the same laser focus on customer excellence and the needs of today’s learners and commitment to delivering measurable results to our customers.”

This is the first acquisition we have made with our investment partner Apse Capital, as part of our strategic growth plan to provide a full range of people-focused Learning and HCM solutions.

Vikram Krishna, Partner of Apse Capital added: “It’s exciting to see two such well-matched companies come together to deliver world-class products and world-class customer service in a move that will further strengthen Kallidus’ position in the Learning and HCM marketplace.”
