Rob Caul, founder and CEO of Kallidus Group, has decided to step down this summer, following 21 highly successful years growing Kallidus from the seed of an idea into the thriving business it is today. Rob will be succeeded by Stephen Read, of Darwin, the leading global provider of employee benefits technology.
Stephen has a 10-year track record in HCM SaaS. He joined Darwin in 2014, leading its commercial transformation to a SaaS business before taking over as CEO from the founder in 2017 following Darwin’s acquisition by Mercer. With Stephen as CEO, Darwin has grown significantly with a global client base and employees in the US, Asia, UK and Europe. Prior to Darwin, Stephen was part of the Executive team at SHL, the global provider of talent assessment and measurement.
Crucially, Stephen embodies Kallidus values of integrity, curiosity, collaboration. A values-and-people-first leader, Stephen is the perfect person to take Kallidus on this next exciting phase of growth, with no disruption to our customers. Kallidus Group continues to deliver to the same exacting standards throughout this period of transition and remains as focused on delivering outstanding Customer Experience as always.
