Influencing Teams

In this course, you’ll learn why both your message and its delivery are important when influencing a team. You’ll explore how to adapt your influencing approach to the team’s stage of growth and individual working styles. You’ll also identify communication skills that help you influence a team, and discover how understanding people’s preferences improves your ability to influence.

This course builds skills in influencing, communication, empathy and active listening.
