In July 2024, Kallidus employees participated in a quarterly employee survey to help leaders gain insight into employee satisfaction, how likely they are to recommend Kallidus as a workplace, and what improvement they need to see.
CEO Harry Chapman-Walker announced the fantastic company eNPS score of 62 to the organization in the monthly Town Hall last week:
“This is our best score ever, not just in the year but as an organization, and all I can say is a huge thank you to you.”
Kallidus made history not only with its company eNPS score but also with its team eNPS, achieving an incredible 74, which indicates that strong manager-employee relationships exist throughout the company.
As July saw the beginning of FY25, this is an incredible way to kick off the year, supporting Kallidus’ renewed people focus. In the announcement made to the entire organization, Harry addressed Kallidus employees after the eNPS achievement:
“It’s a case of you all as individuals, living our values every day. This makes this company what it is. It’s about our collaboration, our integrity, and our curiosity. A huge achievement, and even better at a team level, which again is a huge testament to our managers and our teams and the way that you are supporting our people.”
Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) measures how likely employees are to recommend your organization as a great place to work.
The survey asks: On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend Kallidus as a place to work?
eNPS scores can, theoretically, range from +100 (every employee is a Promoter, and you have the perfect company) to -100 (every employee is a Detractor, and your company is in trouble), with anything above 0 being an acceptable score.
Creators of NPS, Bain & Company, suggest score bands as follows:
