Menopause Awareness

Women over the age of 50 are the fastest growing group in the UK workforce. The average age for menopause is 51 but it can be experienced earlier, and can affect different people in different ways.

Inclusive organisations hope to break the taboos surrounding menopause and offer support to people going through this physical transition.

This course will help you to understand how menopause can affect people, explain how your organisation can make your workplace more inclusive, and show you ways to offer support to others.

Learning Objectives

  • What menopause means and how it affects people
  • What you can do to raise awareness at work and be supportive to those experiencing menopause
  • How you can help to break the stigma and promote a positive workplace culture with open discussions
