Kallidus Inc Sub-processors
Kallidus uses Sub-Processors to assist in providing its services to customers. As part of the services from Sub-Processors, those Sub-Processors may process personal data about the natural people that are users of the Kallidus services.
Kallidus sets out here the information about the Sub-Processors appointed by it in relation to the Kallidus services, with the relevant Sub-Processors for each Kallidus service identified below.
For the Kallidus SaaS services, whether the Sub-Processor will process Agreement Personal Data (as defined in the SaaS agreement) in relation to a particular customer’s users will depend on the Kallidus services taken by that customer and the customer’s actual use of the range of the Kallidus service(s); only the Sub-Processors identified for that Kallidus service may be used in connection with customers for that service.
The data processing terms applicable to Kallidus’ use of Sub-Processors will be set out in the relevant contract between Kallidus and the customer. Any terms used on this page shall have the meaning explained on this page, or as set out in the relevant contract between Kallidus and the customer.
