In this course, you’ll explore your duties as a care worker, the standards behind your role, and how your own experiences and beliefs can affect the way you work. You’ll learn what working in agreed ways looks like and where to find guidance when you need it. You’ll also build confidence in raising concerns, understand why honesty matters, and learn how working relationships differ from personal ones.

This course is part of the Care Certificate for new care workers in England.
