Cirencester, UK, 04 April 2017: Award-winning learning and talent management provider Kallidus has appointed Karen Aylett as Enterprise Account Manager. Karen joins from CornerstoneOnDemand where she held the position of Enterprise Account Manager UK and Northern Europe for nearly six years.
At Kallidus, Karen will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships with Kallidus’ largest enterprise clients, ensuring they have the right solutions in place to support their learning and talent business challenges. Karen will support clients across Kallidus’ full software suite which includes its flagship product Learn, Perform, Talent, Recruit and 360 and will also work in collaboration with Kallidus’ award-winning content team. A key focus of her role will be ensuring customer excellence and insight into industry best practice.
Karen brings more than 12 years’ experience in the relationship management of global strategic accounts within the HR and SaaS (Software as a Service) industries. Prior to Cornerstone, Karen was Relationship Director at Lumesse and previously held strategic sales and account management positions at Pertemps and Adecco.
